Dëcêk-êqenè Bî (/ˈëzi/ /ɘˈqenè/ [full] [avenue; artery]) is a temperate Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Dëcêk-êqenè Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dëcêk-êqenè Bî was founded by Fyesê Trtêgartco, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

A crushing bandit raid, a lost siege, getting caught at the periphery of a major battle, or some other calamity has inflicted severe damage on the place. Some communities may suffer a longer-term version of this, their youths lost in a grinding, endless battle against some perpetual threat.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of killed a tyrannical who had controlled Dëcêk-êqenè Bî for years. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
